Privacy Policy
MotionSlap by Slap Studio is an extension (panel) for Adobe After Effects on macOS and Windows. This policy explains what MotionSlap does with your data and the choices you have. It applies to the MotionSlap extension and the motionslap.ssslap.com website.
Your creative work stays local
MotionSlap runs entirely inside After Effects on your computer. It reads and modifies your project only to do what you ask — apply tools, presets, and expressions. It does not read, upload, copy, or store your compositions, footage, or exported work. Slap Search runs locally over the extension's own bundled tool index.
License information
To activate MotionSlap, your license key is validated with our server (hosted on Supabase) so we can confirm it's valid and enforce the one-license limit. We store the license key and the minimal activation data needed for that check — nothing about your projects or your machine's contents.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not show advertising or use advertising trackers.
- We do not access, upload, or store your After Effects projects or footage.
- We do not collect analytics that identify you personally.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MotionSlap After Effects extension and the motionslap.ssslap.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Slap Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or using MotionSlap, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MotionSlap is an extension for Adobe After Effects that adds 200+ tools, presets, and expressions plus Slap Search in one panel. It requires a compatible version of After Effects, which is licensed separately from Adobe.
2. License
MotionSlap is sold as a one-time license ($29). Prices are shown before purchase. Your license is for your own use; you may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key. We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
3. Your projects and output
You keep full ownership of the After Effects projects you build with MotionSlap, and you may use the results — including compositions built with our tools, presets, and expressions — in your own work, commercial or otherwise. What you may not do is redistribute MotionSlap's presets, expressions, or the extension itself as a standalone product or as your own.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, circumvent licensing, or redistribute the extension or its bundled assets.
5. Intellectual property
The MotionSlap extension, name, logo, design, and bundled presets and expressions are our property. These Terms grant you a license to use them within your own After Effects work, not to redistribute them.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Always keep backups of your After Effects projects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost or damaged project files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate a license that violates these Terms. Sections 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
